  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet over medium heat. 
  2. Add the shrimp and cook for 3-4 minutes or until shrimp are pink. 
  3. Remove from the heat and set aside. 
  4. In another skillet heat the remaining butter over medium heat. 
  5. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds. 
  6. Add the heavy cream and parmesan and stir to combine. 
  7. Cook, stirring constantly, until it thickens.
  8. Add the zucchini noodles and cook for 1-2 minutes. 
  9. Divide the zucchini pasta and sauce between serving plates. 
  10. Top with shrimp. 
  11. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
