- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
- 2 tbsp granulated Stevia or other low carb granulated sweetener
- ½ cup hot water
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
- In a bowl combine all the ingredients.
