  1. Beat the heavy cream in a bowl until stiff peaks form.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Beat the cream cheese with sweetener in another bowl until creamy. 
  4. Add the blueberries, lemon zest and vanilla extract and beat to combine. 
  5. Gently fold in the heavy cream. 
  6. Spoon or pipe the fluff into small serving glasses. 
  7. Top with extra blueberries and serve.
