Keto Waffles

OMG-Delicious Keto Waffles (Light and Fluffy)



1 large egg 

2 tbsp almond butter

2 tbsp softened butter plus extra for greasing 

2 tbsp granulated Stevia or low carb granulated sweetener or to taste 

½ cup almond flour

½ tsp baking powder

¼ cup unsweetened almond milk

½ tsp vanilla extract


  1. Add the egg yolk, almond butter, sweetener and butter to a bowl and beat to combine. 
  2. Add the almond milk, almond flour and baking powder and beat to combine. 
  3. In another bowl add the egg white and beat on medium speed until the egg white form stiff, glossy peaks. 
  4. Fold the egg white into the batter.
  5. Preheat the waffle iron and coat it generously with butter.
  6. Pour just enough batter to fill the bottom part, do not overfill. 
  7. Cook for 5 minute or until golden brown. 
  8. Serve warm.
