Easy Sheet Pan Keto Turkey Meatballs with Garlic Zucchini Noodles

For the meatballs: 


For the noodles: 


  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF. 
  2. In a large bowl combine all the meatball ingredients. 
  3. Form into 1 inch balls. 
  4. Place the meatballs, on a baking sheet, covering about ½ of the baking sheet.  
  5. Drizzle the meatballs with olive oil. 
  6. Bake in preheated oven for 10 -12 minutes. 
  7. Remove from the oven. 
  8. Place the zucchini noodles to the remaining space on the baking sheet. 
  9. Sprinkle with minced garlic, chopped parsley and ½ teaspoon of salt.  
  10. Drizzle with melted butter. 
  11. Toss to combine. 
  12. Return the sheet in the oven and bake for 10 more minutes.  
  13. Divide the zucchini noodle evenly between 4 serving plates. 
  14. Top each with meatballs and sliced chili (if using). 
  15. Serve immediately.
