Low Carb Chewy Keto Tortillas

Ingredients

1¼ cup almond flour
5 tbsp psyllium husk powder
½ tsp salt
2 eggs
1 cup water

Instructions

  1. In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, mix the almond flour, psyllium husk powder and salt.
  2. Add the eggs and mix to combine.
  3. Add the water and mix until well combined.
  4. Let the dough sit for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Divide the dough into 10 balls.
  6. Flatten each ball between 2 pieces of parchment paper and roll into a 5-inch circle.
  7. Grease a large pan with olive oil and heat over medium heat.
  8. Once hot, place the tortilla on the pan ad cook for one minute on each side or until lightly browned.
  9. Serve immediately.
