Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375ºF. 
  2. Place the chicken legs in a shallow dish.  
  3. In a bowl combine the soy sauce, garlic and ginger. 
  4. Pour the mixture over the legs. 
  5. Marinate for 2 hours. 
  6. Remove the legs from the marinade.
  7. Add the xantan gum to the marinade and mix to combine. 
  8. Pour over the chicken legs. 
  9. Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, turning the legs over halfway through.
  10. Remove from the oven. 
  11. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and scallions and serve.
