Instructions

  1. Lay a large piece of plastic wrap on a work surface.
  2. Arrange the slices of salmon in an overlapping fashion to create a rectangle. 
  3. Spread the cream cheese in the middle. 
  4. Arrange the cucumber sticks over the cream cheese. 
  5. Use the plastic wrap as a guide to roll the salmon up tightly around the cucumber sticks.
  6. Refrigerate for minimum 30 minutes. 
  7. Cut the roll into 3 pieces. 
  8. Serve with soy sauce.
