Sausage and Cheese Keto Stuffed Mushrooms




  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF.
  2. Add the sausage in a nonstick skillet and cook over medium heat until no longer pink. 
  3. Drain the fat. 
  4. Add the cream cheese and ¼ cup of shredded Cheddar cheese and stir to combine. 
  5. Stuff the mushroom with the sausage cream cheese mixture.
  6. Top with remaining Cheddar cheese. 
  7. Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
