- ¼ cup red wine vinegar
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 ½ tsp salt
- 2 tsp fresh oregano
- ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
- ½ tsp fresh thyme
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix to combine.
- Place the steak in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over.
- Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 2 ½ hours, turning occasionally.
- Remove the steak from the marinade, pat dry and cook as you like.
