How to Make the Best Fluffy Keto Rolls (try these!)

For the rolls: 


For topping: 


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. 
  3. In a bowl combine the almond flour, coconut flour,  baking powder and salt to taste. Set aside. 
  4. Add the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese to a microwave safe bowl. 
  5. Microwave for 1 minute or until melted.
  6. Add the eggs and beat to combine. 
  7. Add the almond flour mixture and mix to combine. 
  8. Divide the dough into 8 balls. 
  9. Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet. 
  10. Brush the rolls with beaten egg. 
  11. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. 
  12. Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown.
  13. Serve warm.
