Pink Himalayan Sea Salt Oven-Baked Keto Pork Rinds

14 oz of raw pork skin

2 tsp pink Himalayan salt


  1. Preheat oven to 325°F. 
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 
  3. Remove as much fat as you can from the pork skin. 
  4. Score the skin in a square or diamond pattern with a sharp knife. 
  5. Rub it with pink Himalayan salt. 
  6. Place the skin on the prepared baking sheet. 
  7. Bake in preheated oven for 1 ½ to 2 hours. 
  8. Remove from the oven and allow to cool. 
  9. Cut or break into small pieces and enjoy.
