New York Style Keto Pizza Crust

Ingredients

1 ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 oz cream cheese
1 egg
3/4 cup almond flour
1/8 tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp garlic powder
salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Place pizza stone in a cold oven on the lowest rack.
  2. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  3. Place the mozzarella and cream cheese in a microwave safe bowl and microwave on high.
  4. Stir every 30 seconds until the mixture is completely smooth.
  5. Add in the almond flour, onion powder, garlic powder, egg and salt to taste and mix to combine.
  6. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate the dough until easy to roll out.
  7. Place the dough between two pieces of parchment paper and roll out to 1/4″ thick.
  8. Remove the top piece of parchment paper.
  9. Using the back side of a baking sheet, slide the crust with the parchment paper onto the hot pizza stone.
  10. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
  11. Remove from the oven and add desired toppings.
  12. Bake for an additional 5-10 minutes.
