Here’s everything that you’ll need to know in order to make these crustless Italian sausage keto pizza bites:

  • Preheat the oven. Preheat your oven to 350℉.
  • Prepare the baking sheet. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Combine the ingredients. Add the cooked and drained Italian sausage, shredded mozzarella, 2 large beaten eggs, softened cream cheese, coconut flour, baking powder, minced garlic cloves, Italian seasoning, and salt and black pepper to taste in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
  • Shape into balls. Shape the mixture into 1 inch balls and then place them on your prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake. Bake the pizza bites in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden.
  • Serve. Serve warm with a low carb marinara sauce.

  • 1 pound Italian sausage, cooked and drained
