6 oz thinly sliced pepperoni


  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Arrange the pepperoni slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 6-8 minutes or until lightly browned and very crisp.
  5. Remove from the oven and transfer to paper towels to absorb any excess grease.
  6. Serve with your favorite dip.
