Baked Keto Parmesan Chips

Ingredients

2 ½ oz grated parmesan
¼ tsp Italian seasoning
freshly ground black pepper, to taste
pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a bowl place all the ingredients and mix to combine.
  4. Spoon the cheese by tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 6 to 8 minutes or until crisp and golden.
  6. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely on the baking sheet before serving.
