Crispy Thick Cut Keto Onion Rings with Homemade Ranch Dressing

For the onion rings: 


For the ranch dressing: 


  1. To make the dressing, add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix to combine. 
  2. Refrigerate until ready to serve. 
  3. Preheat oven to 400°F. 
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside. 
  5. Cut off ends of onion and peel. 
  6. Slice into ½” thick slices and separate into rings. 
  7. Add the coconut flour, almond flour, Parmesan cheese and paprika to a shallow bowl and mix to combine.  
  8. Season to taste with salt and black pepper. 
  9. Set aside. 
  10. Beat the eggs in an another shallow bowl and set aside. 
  11. Dip the onion ring in the eggs then coat in almond flour mixture. 
  12. Repeat this step. 
  13. Repeat this for all the onion rings, placing them on the prepared baking sheet.  
  14. Spray the onion rings with olive oil spray. 
  15. Bake in preheated oven for 20-30 minutes or until golden and crispy. 
  16. Serve with ranch dressing.
