  1. In a heavy bottomed saucepan combine the hemp seeds, flax meal, collagen peptides and chia seeds. 
  2. Add the heavy cream and water and whisk to combine. 
  3. Simmer over medium heat, stirring frequently, until creamy and thickened to your liking.
  4. Remove from the heat. 
  5. Stir in the maple extract.
  6. Top with chopped pecans and serve.
