Homemade Dark Chocolate Keto Nutella (Low Carb, High Protein)

2 cups 1x
- 2 cups toasted hazelnuts
- 2/3 cup granulated Stevia or other low carb granulated sweetener
- ¼ cup cacao powder
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- Add the hazelnuts to a food processor and process, scraping the sides as needed, until a creamy butter forms.
- Add the sweetener and cacao powder and process until well combined.
- Transfer into a jar and refrigerate until ready to use.
