Quick and Easy Keto Mongolian Beef Stir Fry

- 1 pound skirt steak, sliced
- ¼ soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 green onions, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 red chili, sliced (optional)
- ¼ cup avocado or grapeseed oil
- In a bowl combine the soy sauce, ginger and garlic.
- Add the steak and toss to combine.
- Let marinate for 1 hour in the fridge.
- Add the oil to a large wok and heat it over hight heat until hot.
- Add the beef and cook (stirring) for 2-3 minutes or until brown.
- Add the green onions and cook for 30 seconds.
- Sprinkle with red chili (if using) and serve.
