8 oz cream cheese
¼ cup granulated Stevia or other low carb granulated sweetener
½ cup heavy cream
½ tsp peppermint extract
few drops of green food coloring
¼ cup sugar free dark mini chocolate chips
fresh mint for decoration (optional)
Beat the heavy cream in a bowl until stiff peaks form.
Set aside.
Beat the cream cheese with sweetener in another bowl until creamy.
Add the peppermint extract and few drops of green food coloring and beat to combine.
Gently fold in the heavy cream and chocolate chips.
Spoon or pipe the fluff into small serving glasses and serve.
