Keto Jicama French Fries

Crispy, Crunchy Jicama French Fries (Keto-friendly Substitute)

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. 
  2. Bring a large pot of well-salted water to a boil, and blanch the jicama fries for 10 minutes.
  3. Drain well. 
  4. Add the fries, olive oil, lime juice, garlic powder, paprika and chili powder to a bowl. 
  5. Season to taste with salt. 
  6. Toss to coat.  
  7. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 
  8. Arrange the fries in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. 
  9. Bake in preheated oven for 25-35 minutes or until golden and crispy.
