Quick and Easy 6-Ingredient Keto Guacamole




  1. Cut the avocado in half and remove the seed. 
  2. Scoop out the avocado flesh with a spoon.
  3. In a large bowl place the avocado flesh and lime juice. 
  4. Roughly mash with a fork. 
  5. Add the cilantro, garlic, tomato, onion and olive oil and mix well. 
  6. Season with salt and cover with plastic wrap pressed to surface to prevent browning. 
  7. Refrigerate for an hour then serve.
