Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp avocado or grapeseed oil 
  • salt and black pepper
  • 4 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 tbsp ginger, fresh grated
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp granulated Stevia or other low carb sweetener 
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds 
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil 
  • ¼ tsp red chili flakes 
  • salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl combine the soy sauce, garlic, ginger, sweetener, sesame oil and red chili flakes. 
  2. Set aside. 
  3. Heat the avocado oil in a wok over high heat. 
  4. Add the ground beef and stir-fry until done. 
  5. Add the soy sauce mixture and continue to stir fry for 2-3 minutes or until the sauce is thickened.
