  1. Add the shrimp, chopped cilantro, minced garlic and olive oil to a bowl and toss to coat. 
  2. Season to taste with salt and black pepper. 
  3. Thread the shrimp and lime slices onto skewers. 
  4. Grill over medium heat until shrimp turn pink, 2-4 minutes per side. 
  5. Serve immediately.
