Keto Ginger Snap Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. 
  2. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Set aside. 
  3. In a bowl combine the almond flour, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg and baking powder. 
  4. Add the egg, sweetener and butter to another bowl and beat to combine. 
  5. Add the almond flour mixture and mix to combine. 
  6. Use tablespoon to scoop balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheets.
  7. Bake in preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned. 
  8. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely.
