Garlic Butter Keto Skillet Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.  
  2. Lightly grease a medium cast iron skillet with extra butter. Set aside. 
  3. Add the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese to a microwave safe bowl. 
  4. Microwave for 1 minute or until melted.
  5. Add the egg and beat to combine. 
  6. Add the almond flour, baking powder and salt to taste and mix to combine. 
  7. Transfer the dough into the prepared skillet and gently push it to corners of the pan. 
  8. In a small bowl combine the butter, garlic and parsley. 
  9. Spread the garlic mixture over the bread. 
  10. Bake in preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.  
  11. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely. 
  12. Slice and serve.
