Keto Fudge

6-Ingredient Keto Fudge (Chocolatey, Chunky Goodness)

1 cup heavy cream

¼ cup granulated Stevia or other low carb granulated sweetener to taste 

2 tbsp butter

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup sugar free dark chocolate chips

¼ cup chopped walnuts or pecans


  1. Line an 8×4 loaf pan with parchment paper.  Set aside. 
  2. Add the heavy cream, sweetener and butter to a saucepan. 
  3. Simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally,  or until slightly thicken. 
  4. Remove from the heat and add the chocolate. 
  5. Stir chocolate slowly and gently until melted.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan.
  7. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. 
  8. Refrigerate overnight. 
  9. Cut and serve.
