Fathead Mozzarella Keto Pizza Dough Recipe (Low Carb)

Instructions

  1. Place the mozzarella and cream cheese in a microwave safe bowl and microwave on high. 
  2. Stir every 30 seconds until the mixture is completely smooth. 
  3. Add in the almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, egg and salt to taste and mix to combine.
  4. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate the dough until easy to roll out.
  5. Preheat oven to 425°F. 
  6. Place the dough between two pieces of parchment paper and roll out to 1/4″ thick. 
  7. Remove the top piece of parchment paper.
  8. Transfer the dough with parchment to a baking sheet.
  9. Bake for 10 minutes. 
  10. Remove from the oven and add desired toppings. 
  11. Bake for an additional 5 minutes.
