Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 tbsp avocado oil 

2 garlic cloves, minced 

2 tbsp grated ginger or ½ tsp ground ginger

16 oz coleslaw mix or shredded cabbage

¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce 

2 tsp sriracha

1 tbsp sesame oil

2 tbsp sliced green onions

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce and sriracha. 
  2. In a large skillet heat the avocado oil over high heat. 
  3. Add the beef and cook until no longer pink. 
  4. Add the garlic and ginger and cook for 30 seconds. 
  5. Add the coleslaw mix and soy sauce mixture and toss to combine. 
  6. Cook until the veggies are tender. 
  7. Remove from the heat. 
  8. Stir in the sesame oil. 
  9. Sprinkle with green onions and serve.
