Really Easy 5-Ingredient Keto Egg Drop Soup




  1. In a pot heat the olive oil over medium heat. 
  2. Add the garlic and ginger and cook for 30 seconds. 
  3. Add the chicken broth. 
  4. Cover the soup and bring it to a simmer. 
  5. Lightly beat the eggs with pinch of salt and black pepper. 
  6. Add the beaten eggs into hot broth slowly, stirring all the time. 
  7. Cook until clear and slightly thickened, stirring constantly. 
  8. Remove from the heat. 
  9. Stir in the chopped green onions. 
  10. Serve warm.
