Keto Crockpot White Chicken Chili

1 ½ pound skinless boneless chicken thighs
2 tsp ground cumin
½ tsp ground coriander
1 tsp dried oregano
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
1 green pepper, diced
1 celery stalk, diced
1/4 cup diced onion
2 garlic cloves, finely minced
1 4.5oz can chopped green chiles
1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
2 cups homemade chicken broth
¼ cup heavy whipping cream
4 oz cream cheese
½ lime, juiced salt, black pepper to taste

For serving (optional):
grated cheddar cheese
chopped fresh cilantro
sliced jalapeno
sliced avocado
sour cream


  1. Place the chicken thighs, onion, garlic, celery, bell pepper, green chilis, jalapeno, cumin, coriander, oregano and cayenne pepper in a slow cooker.
  2. Pour in the chicken broth and season to taste with salt and black pepper.
  3. Cover with a lid and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours.
  4. In a small bowl combine the heavy cream and cream cheese and add to the slow cooker.
  5. Continue to cook until the chili has thickened, another 30 minutes.
  6. Add the lime juice and mix to combine.
  7. Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.
  8. Ladle the chili into bowls, top with desired garnishes and serve.
