Easy Crockpot Keto Swedish Meatballs

Ingredients

For the meatballs:
1 pound ground pork
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 large eggs
1 tsp ground allspice
½ tsp onion powder

The rest of ingredients:
½ cup beef broth
½ tbsp Worcestershire sauce
¼ cup sour cream
4 oz cream cheese
¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
salt, black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. To make the meatballs, place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well to combine.
  2. Shape into 1” balls.
  3. Arrange meatballs in a single layer in the slow cooker.
  4. Mix the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce and pour over the meatballs.
  5. Cover with a lid and cook on high for 2 hours.
  6. Remove the meatballs from the slow cooker.
  7. Combine the cream cheese and sour cream and add in the slow cooker and mix with cooking liquid.
  8. Return the meatballs and toss to combine.
  9. Cook on high, uncovered, until the sauce is thickened.
  10. Taste the sauce and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  11. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
