Easy Crockpot Keto Chili Mac

1 lb ground lean beef
1 tbsp olive oil
½ large onion, finely chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 (15 oz) diced tomatoes
3 oz tomato paste
1 cup beef broth
2 tbsp chili powder
2 tsp ground cumin
½ tbsp dried oregano
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
12 oz cauliflower florets
salt, black pepper to taste
chopped cilantro, for serving (optional)
shredded cheddar cheese, for serving (optional)


  1. In a skillet heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the beef and cook, breaking apart with a spatula, until browned.
  3. Transfer the beef into a slow cooker.
  4. Add the onion, garlic, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, beef broth, chili powder, ground cumin, dried oregano and Worcestershire sauce.
  5. Cover with a lid and cook on low for 4 ½ hours.
  6. Add the cauliflower florets and stir to combine.
  7. Cook for additional 30-45 minutes or until the cauliflower is cooked.
  8. Season to taste with salt and black pepper.
  9. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and chopped cilantro and serve.
