Keto Crockpot Beef Chili

The Best Crockpot Keto Chili



2 pounds ground lean beef
1 ½ tbsp olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 green bell pepper, chopped
4 oz tomato paste
1 (15 oz) can diced tomatoes
1 (4.5 oz) can chopped green chiles
2 tsp ground cumin
1 tbsp dried oregano
1 tsp cayenne pepper
½ cup beef broth
salt, black pepper to taste

For garnish (optional):
sour cream
shredded cheddar cheese
sliced jalapeno


  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking apart with a spatula, until browned.
  3. Transfer the beef into a slow cooker.
  4. Add the remaining ingredients and mix to combine.
  5. Cover with a lid and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
  6. Ladle into serving bowls, garnish with cheddar cheese, sour cream and sliced jalapeno (if desired) and serve.
