Ingredients

¼ cup cream cheese
2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Place the cream cheese and eggs in a bowl and mix well to combine.
  2. Lightly grease a non stick skillet.
  3. Heat the skillet over medium low heat until hot.
  4. Drop 1/8 cup of batter for each pancake onto the hot skillet.
  5. Cook until small bubbles begin to form on the top.
  6. Carefully flip the pancakes and cook on the other side 30-60 seconds or until cooked through.
  7. Serve warm.
