Ingredients

6 tbsp unsalted butter, softened 

¼ cup granulated Stevia or other low carb granulated sweetener

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 ½ cups blanched almond flour

1 oz sugar free dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Cream the butter and sweetener.
  2. Add the vanilla extract and almond flour and beat until well blended. 
  3. Fold in the chocolate chips. 
  4. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
