6 oz tomato paste
1 cup hot water
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp granulated Stevia sweetener or to taste
2 tbsp grated Parmesan
3 cloves garlic, minced
½ tsp dried oregano
½ tsp dried basil
½ tsp dried thyme
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
½ tsp pepper
salt to taste


  1. Place all the ingredients in a small bowl and mix to combine.
  2. Use immediately or store in a jar and refrigerate until ready to use.
  3. The sauce will last a week in the refrigerator.
