For the bread: 


For the cinnamon sugar swirl: 


  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. 
  2. Line an 8×4 inch loaf pan with parchment paper. 
  3. To make the cinnamon sugar swirl, in a bowl combine the sweetener and cinnamon. Set aside. 
  4. In a bowl combine the almond flour, coconut flour and baking powder. 
  5. In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment beat the eggs and sweetener. 
  6. Add the vanilla extract, milk and melted butter and beat until combined. 
  7. Add the almond flour mixture and beat until incorporated. 
  8. Pour 1/3 of batter in the prepared pan. 
  9. Sprinkle 1/3 of the cinnamon sugar swirl. 
  10. Repeat with remaining batter and cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  11. Bake in preheated oven at 350 ºF for 15 minutes then lower the temperature to 320ºF and bake for 50-60 minutes.
  12. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before serving.
