Keto Double Chocolate Chip Cookies

2 cups ground hazelnuts
½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt

2 tbsp melted coconut oil
½ cup granulated Stevia or other low carb granulated sweetener
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg
1 egg yolk
3 oz sugar free chocolate chips


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a bowl combine the ground hazelnuts, cocoa powder, baking powder and pinch of salt.
  4. In another bowl whisk the sweetener, egg, egg yolk, coconut oil and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients with a wooden spoon.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  7. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto the prepared baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  9. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before serving.
  10. Store the cookies in a tightly sealed container for up to 5 days.
