Keto Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars

Ooey-Gooey Keto Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars




  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. 
  2. Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper.  Set aside. 
  3. In a bowl combine the almond flour, coconut flour, pinch of salt and baking powder. Set aside.
  4. Using an electric mixer, beat the eggs and sweetener.  
  5. Add the almond butter, butter and vanilla extract and beat to combine. 
  6. Add the almond flour mixture and mix until well combined.
  7. Fold in the sugar free chocolate chips. 
  8. Pour the batter into the prepared pan. 
  9. Bake for 22-25 minutes or until golden.
  10. Remove from the oven. 
  11. Allow it to cool completely before slicing.
