Genius Keto Chicken Pizza Crust

1 pound ground chicken
1 large egg
1 ½ tbsp oregano
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp ground black pepper
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
salt to taste


  1. Place pizza stone in a cold oven on the lowest rack.
  2. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  3. In large bowl place all the ingredients and mix to combine.
  4. Place the chicken mixture between two pieces of parchment paper and roll out to 1/3″ thick.
  5. Carefully remove the top piece of parchment paper.
  6. Using the back side of a baking sheet, slide the crust with the parchment paper onto the hot pizza stone.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes.
  8. Remove from the oven and add desired toppings.
  9. Bake for an additional 5-10 minutes.
