  1. In a small bowl combine the soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice and sesame oil. 
  2. Set aside. 
  3. Heat the oil in a wok over high heat. 
  4. Add the chicken, season with salt and black pepper to taste and stir-fry until done. 
  5. Remove the chicken from the wok and set aside. 
  6. In the same wok, add the ginger and garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  7. Add the broccoli, carrots and cabbage and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes. 
  8. Return the chicken into the wok. 
  9. Stir in the soy sauce mixture and continue to stir fry for 2-3 minutes or until the sauce is thickened. 
  10. Serve immediately.
