Double Cheese Keto Chips

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella or Monterey jack cheese
½ tsp sea salt
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp cumin
¼ tsp paprika
¼ tsp chili powder


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with a piece of parchment paper that extends past the sides. Set aside.
  3. In a bowl, place the cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese and spices and toss to combine.
  4. Spread the mixture on the prepared baking pan.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until visibly crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly.
  7. Carefully lift the melted cheese out using the parchment paper handles.
  8. Allow to cool a little more then cut into triangles.
  9. Serve with your favorite salsa or dip.
