Keto Buffalo Chicken Dip
A keto diet has many health benefits, but a lot of people fear the transition because they simply can’t give up delicious food. What if they didn’t have to though? Would more people be adhering to the low-carb/high-fat lifestyle if it meant not restricting themselves to boring food? I think they would. That’s exactly why we’re on a mission to create recipes like this one. If you’re a fan of keto buffalo chicken dip, or if you’re on the lookout for a great appetizer to bring to a party, you’ve come to the right place.

Keto Buffalo Chicken Dip Ingredients
I’m of the opinion that you can never have too much cheese, so there will be plenty in this dish. We’ll be using three different kinds of cheese: cream cheese, mozzarella, and blue cheese.
When compared to other dips that are high in fat, this dip is packed with protein. The protein in this dip comes from chunks of cooked chicken, mozzarella cheese and blue cheese.
Eating an adequate amount of protein per day is essential for good health especially for individuals who are physically active. It also helps to increase your protein intake during a diet because it helps to keep you full throughout the day.
The recipe written below for this buffalo chicken dip is good for 16 full servings which is why it’s ideal for parties or large gatherings. You also have the option to just cook for yourself or your family and store the dip in your refrigerator.
Be mindful that homemade cheese dips should last no longer than 4 days in the refrigerator. Any longer will increase the chances of your dip getting spoiled.
What to Pair with Keto Buffalo Chicken Dip
There are plenty of ways to dress up your buffalo chicken dip. They vary in calorie content, so be sure to adjust these based on your caloric needs. If you’re sedentary, opt for vegetables and lower-calorie options. If you’re more physically active, you can afford a higher caloric intake.
Celery – Celery is extremely low in calories and carbs. As such, it is allowed on the keto diet provided you don’t eat boatloads of it, which you probably won’t. So, feel free to consume 5-10 stalks of celery without worrying about being kicked out of ketosis.
Zucchini – Zucchini, like celery, is low in calories and carbs. It’s denser than celery, so it would make for a sturdier scoop for your buffalo chicken.
Keto Tortilla – It is possible to make tortillas out of keto-approved ingredients. This is a good recipe to try if you want to make ‘chips’ out of them.
Dippable Cheese Chips – Yes, there is such a thing. These glorious dippable cheese chips are one of the best-kept secrets of the keto world. They’re salty, sinful and oh so rich, so be sure to have these in moderation.
Keto Bread – This is my personal favorite because I’m a sucker for bread. Giving up bread was one of the reasons why it took me so long to switch over to a keto diet, but once I discovered this recipe for keto bread, I went all in. I haven’t looked back since!
There you have it! All you need for a delicious keto buffalo chicken dip are some fairly simple ingredients. It’s a lot like our other keto recipes in the sense that you don’t need to make your meals overly complicated. We hope you enjoy this one; it’s one of our best keto recipes so far!
