5-Ingredient Sausage and Egg Keto Breakfast Casserole (Easy Recipe)

1 pound breakfast sausage
10 eggs
½ cup heavy cream
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley plus extra for decoration
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Heat the lightly greased skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the breakfast sausage and cook, stirring until the sausage crumbles and is no longer pink.
  4. In a bowl whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, parsley, 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, salt and black pepper.
  5. Arrange the cooked breakfast sausage in a lightly greased casserole dish.
  6. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the sausage.
  7. Sprinkle with remaining cheddar cheese.
  8. Bake in preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
  9. Sprinkle with extra fresh parsley and serve.
