  1. Add the blueberries, lemon zest and ½ tablespoon of sweetener to a large microwave safe mug. 
  2. Mix to coat. 
  3. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. 
  4. Meantime, in a bowl mix the almond flour, remaining sweetener and butter with a fork until a crumbly dough forms.
  5. Remove the mug from the microwave oven. 
  6. Top the blueberries with almond flour mixture. 
  7. Microwave on high for 30 seconds.  
  8. Serve warm.
