Cheesy Cheddar and Chive Keto Biscuits (ermahgerd!)

Ingredients

1 cups almond flour

¾ cup finely shredded cheddar cheese

1 large egg

3 tbsp sour cream 

1 tbsp butter, softened 

1 tbsp chopped fresh chives

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. 
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 
  3. In a bowl beat the egg, sour cream and butter. 
  4. Add the almond flour and beat to combine. 
  5. Add the cheddar cheese and beat until well combined. 
  6. Add the chives and stir to combine. 
  7. Drop a heaping spoonful of dough onto the prepared baking sheet. 
  8. Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden.
