For the sauce: 


  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. 
  2. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds. 
  3. Add the beef to the pan and break the beef into smaller pieces as it cooks. 
  4. Cook until browned. 
  5. Season to taste with salt and black pepper. 
  6. Remove from the heat and set aside. 
  7. To make the sauce, in a bowl combine all the ingredients. 
  8. Season to taste with salt. 
  9. Divide the chopped lettuce between four serving bowls. 
  10. Top with beef, shredded cheddar, minced onion and sliced pickles. 
  11. Drizzle with sauce. 
  12. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
