Keto Everything Bagels

Ingredients

1 1/3 cups almond flour

2 tsp baking powder

½ tsp garlic powder 

½ tsp onion powder

½ tsp dried Italian seasoning

2 small eggs

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

3 tablespoons cream cheese

2 tablespoons Everything Bagel Seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. 
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Add the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese to a microwave safe bowl. 
  4. Microwave for 1 minute or until melted.
  5. Add the eggs and beat to combine. 
  6. Add the almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder and Italian seasoning and mix to combine.
  7. Divide the dough into 8 balls. 
  8. Press your thumb into the center of each ball to form a ring. 
  9. Top each bagel with Everything Bagel Seasoning. 
  10. Bake in preheated oven for 12-14 minutes or until golden.
